Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Over 5 years’ experience in a busy 5 star kitchen
2. Culinary Arts accreditation
3. Good cooking methods and skills
4. Good Understanding of Hot kitchen
5. Knowledge of Mathematics
6. Knowledge of English, both written and spoken
7. Knowledge of Food Cost is an added advantage
8. Knowledge of Pastry and Bakery an added advantage
