The Head of Corporate Services will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clien corporate services department. This includes managing a team responsible for providing administrative, human resources, IT, finance, and procurement support to the organization.

Head of Corporate Services/Corporate Manager Job Profile:
The Corporate Manager is central to all of the company’s operations and compliance obligations. It stands at the center of all the company’s information and transaction systems and forms the company’s financial reporting links with the shareholders, auditors and revenue collection and regulatory/compliance authorities.

The function plays a critical role in the company’s financial maintenance, health, and stability. He is the senior-level executive responsible for overseeing all financial activity within the organization. These activities include: planning, risk management, analysis, and financial reporting.

Job candidates for this role must be professional, organized, articulate, and who possess the necessary leadership skills to oversee different departments and delegate tasks. The Corporate Manager must often work long hours, including evenings and weekends. He must be able to work well under pressure and handle stress effectively.

It demands an extensive span of control, innovation, a wide field of experience and knowledge, and the highest level of integrity, diligence and dedication to the function’s duties and responsibilities to employees, management, directors, shareholders and government authorities.

Summary Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage and lead a team of corporate services staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of our client’s administrative policies and procedures
• Ensure the smooth operation of the company’s human resources function, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relation
• Manage the company’s financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Oversee the management of the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring that all systems and equipment are functioning properly and securely
• Ensure that procurement processes are efficient and cost-effective, and that all vendors and suppliers are properly vetted and managed:
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, and vendors, to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements


• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
• Master’s degree in related field or Business Administration an advantage.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a corporate services management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience developing, producing and managing budgets and financial reporting
• Proven track record of developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve organizational efficiency and discipline
• Knowledge of HR practices and procedures
• Experience managing IT infrastructure and systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Keen desire to innovate and deliver better value across the organisation
• Reliable, responsive, flexible, consistent.
