Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Diploma or Certificate in hospitality or a vocational training in food & beverage with previous experiences as a Waiter in an A La Carte restaurant.
2. A good command of English and additional skills, like guest service and interpersonal skills are essentials.
3. Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a waiter in a busy A La carte Restaurant.
4. Must be able to speak English fluently, other languages an advantage.
5. Leadership skills.
6. The ability to work well with others.
7. Strong multi-tasking skills.
8. Excellent organizational skills.
9. Commitment to a high level of customer service.
10. Attention to detail.
11. Ability to adapt to a bush environment.
12. Knowledge of wine & bar is a plus.

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
