Job Title: focus group discussion facilitators
Terms of Employments: Fixed term contract for a period of 6 days

Roles and Responsibilities
i. Facilitating the various group discussions giving all stakeholders opportunity to contribute
ii. Behaving professionally and formally during the group discussions
iii. Maintaining neat shorthand notes and records of FGDs
iv. Preparing the debriefing notes for the supervisor on problems encountered
v. Participating in group meet-ups as requested by your supervisor
vi. Maintaining the confidentiality of all data and materials at all times
vii. Transcribing the shorthand handwritten notes to the requisite digital formats
Required Skills and Experience
i. Previous experience in data collection, specifically in undertaking FGDs
ii. Advanced computer literacy
iii. Proven ability to work with minimal supervision
iv. Be residents of the sampled camps or host communities surrounding the camps
v. Possess at least a diploma or bachelors’ degree in a health-related field is an added advantage
vi. Knowledge of local language is a MUST
vii. Must be between 21–35 years’ old
viii. Able to keep project information confidential
ix. Excellent time management skills
