Mkulazi Holding Co. Ltd (MHCL) is a company owned by the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) and Prisons Corporation Sole (PCS). The Company was established on 6th September 2016. The main objective of the company is to undertake production of sugar in Tanzania.

Assistant Pan Boiler – 4 Posts: He/She will be reporting to Pan Boiler.
Job Descriptions and Responsibilities:
• Adjust valves to obtain specified temperature and pressure and obtain super saturated solution without caramelizing sugar;
• Turns valves to stop boiling and to break vacuum seal on pan;
• Washes and steams pan after striking to remove sugar remaining on pan body;
• Make sure all strike samples are checked under microscope;
• Strike all Massecuites at required brix;
• Boil and strike the Pan at the marked striking level;
• Ensure there is no force grain in the Massecuite; and
• Performs any other lawful duties as assigned by supervisor.
Academic Qualifications and Working Experiences:
Holder of Form IV coupled with three (3) years’ Experience in Pan Boiling
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: High School
